How to get a PCAT assigned CID?????

Hello. I've registered for PCAT and I need an assigned cid to make a pearson account so that i can schedule the test date. But, the only problem is it's been days that I've registered for pcat but I still haven't been assigned a cid!!! I don't get it! What's the problem here??? What do I do to get an assigned cid??? Someone please help!!!!
