How to get as a job as dental assistant in USA

Hi guys i am dentist from india i have completed my nbde part 1 and 2, i wanted to know how we can gat job as dental assistant in us, it would be very useful because i can observe dentist and even get paid. I mean do we need to do some course or something for that.

Any help truly appreciated

You can get paid job in US as DA only if you have work permit.
