How to get people to fill out evaluations

At my school we pick who gives us 3rd year evaluations and we’ve all been getting flak from administration for not having enough. Is there any trick to getting attendings/residents to follow through in a timely fashion so they at least remember who I am? It’s incredibly frustrating when I get good feedback in real time but no one will even remember who I am in a month when or if they fill it out.

If there's a printed form you can use, get them as you go every week and have them fill it out in front of you. Thurs afternoon is a good time to get it done, rather than waiting until Fri and risking missing them.

And to paraphrase: one student not getting their evals in on time is the student's problem, many students having issues is a system problem.

I haven't figured out how to get myself to fill out evaluations either.

I hate doing them. I'd rather talk to someone in person.

Why is the school giving you flack for their faculty not filling the eval forms? You guys should get on to them to send out notices that the attendings working at your academic institution should be filling them out when they get them.

This reads like a Step question... "How do you reduce recall bias?" Minimize the time from exposure to follow-up.
