I was just wondering how all of you under 25 dealing with how to get to the interview location from airport. I would like to rent a car but then it's freaking expensive (I am 23). 👎 Ugghhh any helpful tips and suggestions?

Wait, you mean you are going to be on a plane that lands about an hour before your interview starts?
I thought we have to get a hotel or something near the university, go to hotel, and then leave to the university in order to be there about 30 mins before the interview starts.

My interview at ASDOH is at noon. I am landing at 9:30AM, will pick up a car by 10AM then go to the interview location hopefully by 11AM. 30 miles away from the airport. I think it will work.

Oh boy, this is kinda risky especially with all those flight delays. Anyway, good luck with your interview. Tell them that you are very interested in detistry, and you will get in... Lol, just joking. You have awesome scores.

all jokes aside...there are a few car rental places that do rent to people that are <25. when i flew out to colorado last year i got one and i was only 23 at the time. (buget is the company i think)

As someone who lives in the valley of the sun you are cutting it super close. From my house alone it takes between 30-40 minutes to get to the airport. For someone who does not know the area add another 20 minutes to that time and that is your expected travel time. Not to mention picking up a rental car or super shuttle for that matter.

I assume you have no bags to check. So there shall be no bags to collect upon arrival. Also, the rental car locations are not at the airport. They are off the airport, approximately a 10-15 minute ride in one of their buses. Figure on another 10-15 minutes to collect your car once you have arrived at the rental car location.

My best bet is for you to take a super shuttle or if you can swing it a taxi.

It sounds risky.
You can't control the weather too. One of my friends visited me last May, she arrived at my house a day after our plan. Just think you invest the money for you and your family's future.
