What is best way to approach personal statement? What if someone wants to include about withdrawals in the personal statement? What specific things should a personal statement address?

2. What makes you qualified to become a doctor based on your experiences and qualities
3. Goals/possible career paths within medicine

I would not recommend highlighting your weaknesses and low points during your letter. Keep it to answering “why medicine” and only bring up what is pertinent. They can ask about your weaknesses during an interview if they like what they see on paper.
