Hi guys. How do you handle calling a school to ask about an interview because you have another interview in the same area already scheduled. How did you word the question?

I have an interview at U of KY and wanted to call Louisville

I would just call and say I have an interview at UK on whatever day is there a chance I can interview at that time if you are planning on interviewing me. Most schools are pretty accommodating about that because when it comes time to choose they know you will remember that sort of thing.

Personally I wouldn't say I was interviewing with another school. I would just leave it open and say that "I'm planning to be in the Louisville area over the week of ...."
