How to improve scores on world

I am taking step 2 in 3 weeks and have completed roughly 1/3 of usmle world. My % correct is sitting right at 60 (all new random questions) and I can't seem to get it to improve! I am half way finished with reading secrets and step-2. What is the most efficient way for me to increase my % on world? Thanks!

i'm in the same situation.

just seems like i'm stuck at 60-62.

but it's my first time through, and i'm doing the questions by subject.
So before i do a subject, i do a quick read through Kaplan. it doesn't help much.... maybe 25%.

but i make note of all the questions I get wrong, and i like to think that it may hike my score on the REAL test.

i'll do one of the nbme practice tests in the last week to see where i am
