How can I improve my interviewing skills? I thought I did really good on my interview a week ago, but ended up getting rejected. I just want to figure out what I can do to improve and would appreciate anyones feedback.

Does your school have a career center or advising office that offers practice interviews with feedback? They might even videotape the encounter to use as a teaching tool for your improvement.

I practiced with my friends and family a lot. There's some practice interview questions online you can try.

So, obviously practicing is important, but (I'm sure I'm stating the obvious) don't come off as rehearsed. Try and have a conversation with them.
