How to Input the 'Hobbies' for "Work/Activity?

So I have been playing the piano for about 10 years and I obviously want to add it to my Work / Activities portion on AMCAS. Can anyone give me an example of how they put instruments on the application?
And how do I add that there is no "End Date", since I continue to play in the present?

2) The latest end date you are allowed to enter is August 2017.

If you want to state that you plan to continue a current hobby through Aug 2017, I suggest you use the Repeated feature with an End Date of May 2016 for the first date span, and then also use May 2016 as the Start Date for the predicted hours up until Aug 2017. That way you get two Total Hours boxes, one with Completed hours and one with Future predicted hours.
