how to keep up with current pharmaceutical knowledge??

Sorry if this has already been asked before, but how do you guys keep up with current pharmaceutical knowledge - such as when a drug company decides to change how a pill looks like or when a brand name drug is discontinued? Is there any relevant websites/newsletters?

I find the pharmacist's letter pretty useful. They have charts, clinical infor, news, etc. Your company or school may subscribe to it. Check into it. PM me if you have any questions.
