How to leave a group

Hey everybody, after some months of neglect, i had forgotton about my membership application. I looked at the threads and I realized that it is disclosing personal information. So, how do i leave hSDN or ANY group?🙁

EDIT: I am sorry, i hope i don't get banned. I have already caused enough Ruckus on SDN. I fear my privacy and other stuff. I had already messaged a mod. I hope to all the talented people here that WILL become doctors.

What happened? Message all the mods that run hSDN if it's that urgent.
