How to list AP credits shown on undergrad transcript?

My transcript start with Term: ADV, with converted AP credits and placement credits before my first term of courses. I am wondering how do I enter AP credits on dental application?

Academic term: interim??
Academic status: undergrad??

If its a undergraduate level, enter in the courses under your first semester at the university (usually the fall semester that you started). Then list it as "CR" for the grade and "advanced placement" under special considerations or whatever that option says.
