How to list classes with a changed grade?

I recently successfully petitioned for a grade change in a course I took (it's a long story, but the gist is that the instructor was blatantly favoring certain students by giving them nearly double time on tests, ignoring them obviously using textbooks during closed-book quizzes, and only providing feedback to certain students). How would I address this on AMCAS? Would I enter the course with just the grade that the appeals committee awarded me? Would I need to list the class twice with the grade received and the grade awarded by the appeals committee? It's a bit of a weird situation!

I believe you list whatever the grade appearing on your official transcript is. (Most likely the grade after appeal)
