How to list hours having played sports at two different schools?

Hello all,

I played two years of college ball at two different institutions; should this be listed in activities as two separate items or can I combine it under one item (i.e. write the names of the two schools in the organization)?

Also, at one of the institutions, the team ended up winning a national title for our sport; should this be listed separately under the "Honors/Awards/Recognitions" category?

I would love some advice on this, thanks in advance!

I'd suggest splitting it into two entries, one for each school. In the description for the school that one the national championship, put that in the description of the activitiy.
