I am starting to make my own flash cards for microbiology.

I think I am going to use Clinical Microbiology Made Ridiculously Simple for reference.

What information should I put on the flash cards?

Just use Microcards - the money you spend (not much) will be worth the study time you'll save, and they have all the info you'll need.
