now that i have been accepted to two very different schools, i can't help but wonder how some people on here are 100% sure of themselves and know exactly where they wanted to go before they even applied. Granted, I know some people live in the respective states of the schools they want to go to, but I'm in DC and nowhere is "close". I've gotten into PCO and Nova so far and I'm lost as to which I like better. Both have great programs and each has attributes that the other doesn't, and all of which I want. What are the most important things that I should put on my priority list? Any feedback would really help 😀

The weather. Florida has awesome weather (im from south FLA)...lol. j/k 😀

If both schools are attractive, then I would start thinking about location and cost. FL would be humid but nice weather most of the time and beaches. PA has four seasons, close to NY and historical if that's your thing. Tuition wise, seems FL is a bit cheaper. Not sure about living expenses. You are living there for 4 years so choose whichever state clicked

costs are a big deal. it adds up. but if that's not a problem, spend a long weekend in each area with friends/family to check the 2 sites out. Can't hurt. good luck!
