How to pay supplemental fees?

For Stony Brook, When I click on the link that tells me to pay my fee, it brings me to another page and asks me to fill out my name, aadsas ID, and billing name?

does anyone know what the billing name means? Is it the name on my credit card?

And is this all I need to do? How are they supposed to charge me with just those 3 pieces of info?

Sorry, I never used PayPal before.


The others schools are also vague about who to send the check/money order to, but I guess I'm just going to have to call them one by one.

Billing name probably means the person paying the fee, in case it's different from the person applying. For instance, if you are applying but using your mom's credit card to pay the fee.
