How to PD's look at Shelf scores for P/F schools?

My school is entirely P/F so there's no real benefit to doing anything other than passing aside from shelf exams being a small percentage of AOA consideration and just being more prepared for Step2. Our percentiles are reported on our MSPE though. So my question is will app reviewers see that my school is P/F and look at my shelf scores to compare against other applicants who get "honors" designation? Does scoring well even matter in my position? Just needed to know if I should spend more a bit more time trying to get a few points higher if it does. Hoping to do one of the more competitive specialties so every little thing counts. Avging low 90 high 80 percentiles so far...Thx

You're asking an impossible question to answer. Each program will approach this differently, and weigh aspects of your application differently.
