How to perform a Certiphi Background Check

Does anyone know how I can perform a Certiphi Background check on myself. The website is confusing and the chat system doesn't seem to work.

Do I have to do the FBI fingerprint scan to get my records?

I just want to do the exact criminal background check Medical Schools do to see what they will see before I apply this cycle. I do have a misdemeanor traffic violation, written warning and multiple parking violations from my University School that's why I want to do it. When I got the misdemeanor traffic violation (I was arrested) and the cop did take fingerprint scans.

I am also trying to do this, I contacted Certiphi and they said you can't do it until a Medical School orders one, then you have 10 days to check it for accuracy... but members on this forum have said they have gotten it on their own. ?
