Hey guys, I'm a newbee here so bare with me. I am a minority and was wondering how i could "play the card" or so to speak. I'm not looking for an easy way into medschool, but just to increase my chances if only by a bit.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

in my application, i talked about my jewish heritage. i want to become a doctor to serve the massacred, starved, and neglected people of the occupied palestinian territories. SHAME ON ISRAEL FOR EVRYTHING IT HAS DONE TO THEM!!! we have raped and pillaged their lands, their farms, their villages, and their refugee camps. the israeli flag has come to symbolize hatred, oppression, and deceit.

ISRAEL = the only APARTHEID state still existing today. i don't care what the news shows of suicide bombers...yes, those events are horrible, but they do not even compare to genocide and diaspora of the palestinian people. over 150 refugess killed last month!!!

so, your background can factor into your decisions. just talk about it.

make no mistake about it: what israel is doing is out-right racist and genocidal. i am sick of hearing that israel is the only 'real democracy' in the middle east, because that is a load of BS. you gotta be jewish to vote and the gov't is run by a bunch of blood thirsty butchers and hawks.

sorry to go on about this, but someone needs to say this. i know that the media outlets in america don't report the other side...even israeli news journals are more objective!!!

all i am saying is that all people come from unique backgrounds and that these unique backgrounds have influenced and molded us in different ways, including our passion to pursue medicine.

my evolution professor repeatedly says that creationism is a load of BS. i mean like every freakin' lecture.

i am not exactly sure how to feel on this issue 😕
