I've been using boardvitals, but not sure if that's enough. Don't really have much time during the day for videos and stuff like BtB, unless it's worth it. Any recommendations?

I found old PRITEs to be remarkably good, my fellowship had several years of old PRITEs that got passed year to year so hopefully you have access to some of those. That and boardvitals is plenty if you are an average or above performer on psych standardized tests. I found CAP to be a bit easier than adult but that's likely because I am most interested in peds related medicine in general.

I agree, PRITEs were good and I didn’t pay for any other questions. I think the PRITE scores were broken down by subject and I used that to pick areas of weakness to focus on. I don’t recall the percentage but the pass rate is super-high, so unless the PRITE scores were all in the bottom quartile, you’re not at risk. Nobody has ever asked me what my score was, employers only care that I’m certified. I was much more stressed about the now-extinct oral boards because there was so much randomness, and performance anxiety.

Board Vitals is good enough, probably overkill.

Bumping this because I'm stressed and taking them tomorrow so this is a great use of my time right?

I did the entire btb bank but mostly got it to listen to lectures during my commute. I caved and started doing BV the other day because I didn't know what to do with myself. I'm debating looking at a few prites tonight to just see how the questions are set up, but I guess I've already done one last year and I was in like the 75ish percentile.

These qbanks though...

You are going to be just fine if you were in the 75%. You need to score below 10% on the actual exam to fail, given the approximately normal curve distribution it would take a preposterous change for you to fail. Like you find out your parent passed away en route to the exam whilst getting t-boned and hobbling up to the computer completely broken as a human. I know of no one who's PRITE to boards was >2 STD change and almost no one who's percentile moved more than 20-25%. Yes, I talk about test scores for fun and thought psychometrics was one of the best parts of a psychology undergrad.

Definitely open for anyone who is willing to post about a huge difference in their last year before boards PRITE to board exam child or adult.

I was getting rekt by the board vitals q bank I tried. Their computer adaptive test put me in a weird spot and I honestly had no idea if it was saying my percentile overall vs % within a different category.

But in any event, it's over and done with. There are a bunch of things I got wrong and overthought and a bunch of the video questions were very strange....but overall I thought it was pretty fair and I'd also be shocked if I failed but lets see what happens.
