My advice: Don't research the kind of questions that you need to ask or the questions that will be asked of you. If you don't have a feel for what the school is about and/or the community, go to their site. Don't overtly "prepare".
If you can, fly into the city a day early. Stay with a student and/or go to a bar and mingle with the locals. Ask them questions about their day, about their families.
Remember, med schools don't want machines. They want people; people that can understand the communities they live in.
What if you find nothing you like? (You are bound to find something wonderful if you give the school/city a chance.) But, in the former case, I would suggest be yourself. Don't exagerrate your experience in the city, but give it to them frankly. You do NOT want to go to a school that you are not interested in.
