How to prepare for sub-i

What can one read or do to prepare? Or do you just show up and bust ass? 🙂

Spend the 3.something years before the sub-I learning about medicine. Spend the 1.something year before doing your 3rd year clerkships. Spend the weekend before drinking your favorite Scotch (or whatever). Show up, and bust ass. 😀

You should practice acting pissed off when the nurse calls you at 3 am because some guy hasn't crapped for 2 days and needs colace NOW!!!!

If you show up and work hard and aren't a complete idiot then you will do fine. Don't worry, everyone knows you've never done this before.
