How to remove bubble on AADSAS?

I want to remove all marks of me putting stuff into the disadvantaged section. How do I go about that?

Do I have to call them about it?

I originally thought that I had to fill in every section. Rather leave it unfilled completely instead of random bubbles and an empty text box?
