Please advise us what are the available legitimate ways to report harassment and discrimination inside residency program specially if your program director is not doing any protective measures with this regard

I know the compliance policy that every hospital has to sign to protect her employees and patient quality of care from working in Toxic environment. I know one of the ways is to find the compliance officer in your hospital and report this harassment.
