How to Research Anesthesia Programs

Hey everyone, M2 very interested in Anesthesia. I recently was looking at programs on FREIDA and was disappointed how little I was I able to learn about how to be competitive for various programs. I remember MSAR had GPAs and MCATs and the like.

How can I best learn average research, activities, step, and whatnot for various residency programs? Thanks!

Ask people you know also. Whatever is on program websites may be nonsensical or unimportant. I've seen and heard of programs who check off all the boxes via their advertising, but in reality do none of those things. So, ask around and see what people's real impressions are.
