How to review anatomy

I struggled with anatomy my first year, and am looking for a website/program/videos that could help me review the material. I tried reading High Yield, but stopped cause I wasn't getting much out of just reading it. Does anyone have any recommendations or study tips on how to review anatomy?

The noted anatomist videos on you tube have some pretty good sections, it's a lot of diagram stuff (not pics of actual anatomy as much) but can help with tougher concepts.

If it were me, I would primarily just focus on the anatomy in first aid and then maybe review a bit of neuroanatomy and MSK anatomy on the side (even these two are a lot to review on their own, but they are the highest yield anatomy sections on Step 1). You will still get anatomy questions on your Step 1 that you won't find in first aid, but given that anatomy is considerably lower yield than compared to path/immuno, pharm, micro, and physiology, you'd probably get a higher return on investment for investing in those aforementioned subjects. Otherwise, if you're still dead set, the kaplan step 1 videos (if you can find them online, download/torrent them, whatever, or find a friend with them) are really good

If I could do it over again, I would first learn anatomy from first aid and redo the Uworld anatomy questions over and over again

Musculoskeletal including blood supply and nerves. Female pelvic anatomy. Rib stab wound anatomy. GI blood supply is also high yield.

Neuroanatomy I did Najeeb during my school year so I learned it cold (he's amazing). Wouldn't recommend it for review since it's so long. I only had like 2 or 3 neuroanatomy questions (and they were simple) on the real deal vs 15ish MSK/pelvis/etc

honestly not sure as it's been over a year. I guess old?

In any case I'd really just recommend focusing on what's in FA, UW, and maybe a bit of outside neuro and MSK anatomy (but not too much)

There are alot of uworld questions with insertions/origins written in the explanation.

Are we supposed to learn them? I've yet to see a question directly asking it

No but it helps to have an idea to correctly solve those nerve injury questions.

Saw this thread, what is a good source for MSK anatomy, First aid is weak AF in that area.
