How to send survey to all osteopathic medical students

Hey guys,
I'm looking for ways to send a survey to all osteopathic medical students via survey monkey. What do you think would be the best medium to do this anonymously and with high response? Thanks for your help!

probably for a research study... the only way I can think of is having someone send it on your behalf to each school's class. So for each school you'd call the administrator and let them know about the project and if they can send a mass e-mail to the students of that school your message and link.

Ah OUHCOM did this a couple years back on student depression rates. I believe it came through our administrations email, so yes I think that would be the best way
