Any of you who scored 22+ on biology section, what and how did you study?
I just took DAT and I was really shocked when I first saw the exam. I only knew about 80% of them. I used to score 24+ on Kaplan and Topscore. Please let me know if there is any good study material that would cover everything. I know I can read whole textbook, but it would take too much time.
By the way, for some of you who are studying, Kaplan is good enough for gchem/ochem. Just make sure you know everything in the blue book. After doing so, I scored gchem24/ochem27. But the class is useless. Just get a blue book or buy online course.

I paid attention in all my bio classes and really learned it all then. When I was reviewing for the DAT I would use AP Cliff's and my text book.

Yeah, I scored a 23 on my Bio section, and I think it was mostly because of the random facts I learned (and actually still remember) from all of my Bio classes. I mainly studied from Kaplan and DAT Destroyer. I bought Cliff's AP Bio, but I didn't get far in it. It looked very helpful though, so you should read through it all.

i used the chapter summaries from my bio books, and if you use the dat kaplan AND the mcat kaplan...you should be set 🙂

I got a 23...i used the cliffs ap bio, kaplan blue book and probably the most crucial for bio:destroyer. i know theres lots of hype and controversy on SDN but im just telling you my experience with the exam and what worked for me. good luck🙂

I got a 22 on bio. I used the Kaplan Blue book, Barron's DAT book, and my Bio text books. I did well because I made sure that I understood the material, I didn't just memorize bio facts.
