How to study for boards?

Hi- I'm studying for my written boards. I've been reading Tintinalli and doing Peer VII questions, but I'm looking for one additional resource. Boards are in about 6 weeks, so I don't have time to start a really ambitious new project, but any question books or high-yield books that anyone found helpful?
