How to submit letters in ADEA AADSAS?

First time applier to US schools...

How do I go about submitting reference letters once the profs/dentists have agreed to write one for me?

I'm seeing "interfolio"?

Does the prof have to write x amount of LOE's for each school that I applied to? Or just ONE and then they submit into the AADSAS website?

You only need 1 Letter per instructor/dentist. Once they upload it into AADSAS it would show up to all the schools you applied in the US
