How to submit LOR ??

ok, i am going to apply to dental school next year

and my genetics prof. said if i get an A in the class, he will write me a LOR
well the semester ended an i got an A


Should i tell him to save the LOR in a word format and email to me or what ?


when u do the AADSAS app, how do u submit the LOR ? do the person writing it submit it ?

I have never heard a LOR being written only if you get a A in a class(but i digress). Tell him to put the LOR in both physical form (hardcopy) with multiply signed copies. Also in electronic form (wordpad, word, etc). Some d-schools require additional hard copies of the LOR even though it would be sent through AADSAS.

what i am confused about it, when the teacher writes a LOR, what should he do with it ?

does he email it to the student or does he send it to AADSAS or something ?

Mine were sent to my committee chair and she sent them to aadsas as I waved my right to view them

When you fill out your AADSAS you can specify if you want the evaluator to send an electronic or a paper copy of the LOR to AADSAS. If its electronic, then the evaluator will get an email from AADSAS with a link that they can upload the letter. If paper, you need to print out the matching form and fill it out and give to your evaluator to include when he/she mails it out to AADSAS.
My school's Pre health office has a system where evaluators can send the letters to their office and they keep it for the pre health students(with a fee of course). Then when I ask them to, they send all the letters to AADSAS. Its pretty convenient. Any ways hope this helps
