How to submit LORs

I have all letters uploaded to Intefolio. How do I submit them to schools? When I try to create a new request on Interfolio, its asking for schools' email which I haven't been able to find. Is there another way to go about this or do I have to contact schools individually to get their email.

There is a search function, just enter "podiatry" and all the schools will come up.

You can also get the rec letters sent via traditional mail to the office of admission for the school. That's what I did.
