I had an awful time with mine too. Look at it as the worst it will ever be, and your good moments will be all the better because you have this current misery to compare them to.
When people snap at you and take their frustrations out at your expense, remember that 90% of what they say is really about them. They are stressed and you're an easy target. Just follow your gut instinct about what to do and keep your patients first in your mind. I wasted a lot of time trying to make my seniors and attendings happy. Ultimately, they weren't impressed, but my patients always appreciated my care and that's what I feel is most important.
