Just wanted to find out from other SDNers who may have swapped positions how the process actually works, and what the timeline is, if any.
I mean, assuming you've found someone else in another program who is interested in swapping - how do you actually proceed?
For example, do you both contact your respective PDs, do you contact the other program's PD? DO you have to wait till the end of the year or can it be done mid year? etc...
I am clueless what to do next, so any input would be greatly appreciated - thanks all!
