how to time mcat?

now that the test is cbt, the times are different. if you are taking an old test that was on paper, how do you time yourself, do you go by the new times or the old times?

the timings are different because there are less questions.

however, the current timings are:

PS-70 mins
VS-60 mins
BS- 70 mins
Writing--60 mins (30 /essay)

an old exam, do you do fewer questions and go by the new times, or you pretend the mcat is still on paper and do the whole test under old times?
