How to use Clinical Mastery Series?

How should I use the Clinical Mastery Series? Should I just study them as qbank or take them at the end after I go over a subject?

Currently they have 4 total for each Subject , So the way i'm doing them is basically after each pass for each subject .. I run through IM --- Do a CMS exam for internal -- Review/Study OBGYN-- Do a CMS for OBGYN , then after i do a 2nd run through IM , ill do a different form etc..
