How to use UWorld effectively

I feel that by simply reading the questions then the explanations (without taking notes, etc) I am forgetting the details in the days after I do the question.
How is it best to reinforce this - notes? reading more on the topic from other sources? just doing repeated questions?

Flag them and you can make sets of flagged questions and do them after you have done a second pass of incorrects

Read all the explanations for everything, but make Anki flashcards based on ONLY the questions you get wrong.

I make anki cards on anything in the explanations that seems hi yield but I'm not confident I'll remember without seeing it again. Takes longer, but hopefully pays off.
