How to utilize the MCAT Study Question Q&A forum

I haven't started studying for the MCAT yet, but I'm wondering how people utilize this MCAT Q&A forum for their preparation.

Do you read through every post in this forum to begin with, or do you just search for questions that are relevant to topics you're currently covering? Does anyone take notes on questions/answers they read here? I guess it's just a little daunting because there are many pages of questions that aren't in any particular order by subject, so I'm not sure where I would need to start.
