How to Utilize Your MD/MBA?

i am interested in pursuing an MBA after completing my psychiatry residency, and I would like hear some opinions of what others plan to do with their business training.

for those of you who are currently enrolled in a md/mba program, or who are working towards an mba after completion of your MD, how do you plan on utilizing your MBA? what are your career plans, and how does an MBA fit into those plans? obviously, this answer depends on your specific career goals, and I would be grateful if fellow posters shared their plans.

do you plan on staying in medicine/the health industry?

do you intend on completing your residency to become BE/BC (which would obviously be to your advantage)?

if i were in that position i would consider entering the drug industry to develop and market things like prozac, paxil and such
