If you're a US Senior, you can only withdraw through your dean. If your an independent applicant (IMG/DO/US Graduate), login to your NRMP account. Click on 'Update My Profile' and select the withdraw option.

or you could probably just not rank programs

If you've accepted a position outside the match, you HAVE to withdraw before the ROL deadline, otherwise you may be subject to match violation penalties. If you've matched already in the early match, and your prelim is integrated, you need to confirm from your program whether or not you have to withdraw or still rank the prelim year.
