How to write PCAT essays

I just got my October PCAT scores. I scored 82percentile composite which should be high enough for university I applied to. Probelm is, I focused only on science and math sections when studying because I'm in first year and haven't covered a lot of sciences on PCAT. This resulted in my poor writing scores of 2.5/2.5, which is below the requirements for the school I'm applying to. Any tips on what PCAT looks for in an essay and how to improve writing scores in general?
