How to Write Secondaries

Hello, I'm wondering how secondaries should be formatted. Should these be more straightforward (due to the limited word count) or should I try to incorporate a story/example to "show not tell" like in the personal statement? Thank you!
 
I agree. OP if it's OK with you I would like to move this to the regular forums.

Also, this is such a broad question that I don't think we can really give you general advice. It really depends on the specific prompt.
 
Give a meaningful answer +/- story in a condensed fashion. The main thing is to answer the question in full. The way I did these was I wrote out my answer without a word count and then went back and deleted words/sentences after to pair it down.
 
Answer the darn questions in concise and impactful way, since ADCOMs read hundredS of them every week. Get an editor if you can afford one Too.
