How Useful Did You Find Utah Webpath for Step 1 studying?

I have 3 days left. My weak spots are anatomy, anything that comes with a picture (scans, plain films, gross, microscopic), and pharm. My pharm is above average for NBME but i get anal'd by world. Im thinking of running through utah webpath or the pics in goljan RR before my test date. What do you guys/girls think? Worth my time?

Not really. The pictures are easy on step 1. I think looking up diseases on uptodate is more helpful than any other outside resource (with Uworld and FA being primary sources).

really? the only ones i can really get are like auer rods and the really obvious plain films... lol

Actually, I was telling you that some people (like myself) are over-acheivers, who worked their ass off during the year, and may have retained a little more information that the "normal" medical student. I thought the pictures were a joke on step one, and that you would be wasting your time studying something other than FA and Uworld. If you want something else, use uptodate. It's a great resource and believe it or not, some of the genes that are mentioned in there show up on the test.

I know plenty of people who had a hard time in path or histo, both of which are key to being able to tell what you're looking at.

Step 1 doesn't have 100 pictures on it...

I personally went through all of Webpath (starting with about 2 weeks to go) and thought it was pretty helpful...although it's probably overkill.

Films and CTs are a different story...my test had a good number of qs (20-25) that hinged on a CT, x-ray, etc. There's a Wayne State radiology site that helps out a lot with these...I posted the links in threads around here a while back but can't find them now.
