I'm already doing the second one and am trying to decide if I should do the first one too…should I do both? Or would that be too redundant?

If you have time and are interested in both fields then go ahead and do both. But I'm a bit skeptical of a "guaranteed" first author for an undergrad

So how beneficial would it be if he only did option two which is what is guaranteed to him at this point. (I'm in the same boat ha)
