Medical How will no pass in a class affect me?

Hello!
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have experienced a lot of personal issues this past quarter and ended up getting a No Pass in an upper-division class I have to take for my major. I will be retaking this class but it is not offered again until the summer and I am applying to medical school during this coming application cycle. I was just wondering how this would look on my application because I wouldn't be retaking it until I would have already submitted my application?

What upper-division class? If it's not highly recommended or a requirement, it isn't going to be a big deal for many schools.

I have a 3.4 science GPA and a 3.6 cumulative with an upward trend.

Okay, I would make sure to Include DO schools when you apply as GPA is on lower side. What were your year by year GPAs?
