I was raking my brain hard all weekend for a good answer to this for my Vanderbilt secondary. I finally landed on one. But it's pretty me-specific, so telling you about it won't help.

I'd just say, look at the unique things you've done. Think about what you learned from them. Then explain how those experiences would help you be a doctor.
