Honestly, I don't think it's any different than any other lab.

Sure, there are extra precautions and guidelines, but in the end what they see is the research you did and the results you get.

Some people would not know what a BSL-3 lab is so they couldn't be impressed. Show them with a description rather than telling them with just the term BSL-3.
