would I, as a practicing orthodontist, start an ortho program? Is this something any of you have thought about? The income potential is in the millions.

Right, but I'm interested in this, as well. I saw a post on this board about a guy wanting to start one out of his garage and make millions. Is that level of income possible?

True. This guy is not even an orthodontist, sounds like a pre-dent who has his eyes on the green cash. Here's from his earlier post:

i have to agree that the OP sounds boarder-line troll-ish. though, if you have actual info on starting a residency program, carry on. otherwise, please do not feed trolls and let the thread fade on its own.
