HOWARD is asking for LORs??

I just got a letter from Howard saying that they need my LORs! I sent them to aadsas in June and all other schools got them. Why would aadsas send out application without LORs? After all the $$$ I paid, this is what I get? I hope I will never need to deal with aadsas again!! 😡
